        All prices are subject to change without notice.

        Book prices quoted in EUR (Euro) are valid world-wideexcept for the USA, Canada and Mexico.

        Book prices in US$ are valid only in the USA, Canadaand Mexico.

        Prices are exclusive postage and handling rates (perorder): USA, Mexico & Canada: US$ 6 first item, US$ 3 each subsequentitem; Europe: EUR 8.80 first item, EUR 4.40 each subsequent item; Netherlands: EUR6.80 first item, EUR 3.40 each subsequent item; All other countries: EUR 10first item, EUR 5 each subsequent item.

Journals:

        Subscription rates in EUR (Euro) and are validworld-wide, except for the USA and Canada.

        Subscriptions rates in US$ are valid only in the USAand Canada.

        Subscription rates are inclusive of postage andhandling charges as well as access to online edition (if applicable).

        Despatch of issues commences only after receipt ofcorrect payment.

Payment:

Payment can be made by (personal)cheque, bank transfer, credit card (American Express, Access, Eurocard,Mastercard, Visa, JCB Card) or UNESCO Coupons.

EU regulations:

Customers from EU countries arerequested to provide their VAT registration number and full address under whichthe VAT number is registered. Failure to supply correct VAT details will resultin a 6% VAT charge (17.5% for CD-ROM) being added to the invoice amount.
