The Journal of Micromechatronics is devotedto the theory and applications of microtechnology. Issues willcontain survey papers, technical papers, short papers and news itemsin the field of micromechatronics. Topics include, but are not limited to: micro devices and systems,micro sensors and actuators, high precision mechatronics, micro powersupplies, high precision and/or miniaturizedconsumer products, computer andcommunication peripherals, optical instruments, security systems,micro robotics, bio-medical devices and systems, space applications,and other industrialapplications. In addition to covering fundamental component technologies, aparticular emphasis of the journal is the integration and mechatronicaspects of diverse micromechatronic systems.
