The journal, published bimonthly, provides English translations ofselected new original Russian papers on the theoretical aspects ofnumerical analysis and the application of mathematical methods tosimulation and modelling. The editorial board, consisting of the mostprominent Russian scientists in numerical analysis and mathematicalmodelling, select papers on the basis of their high scientificstandard, innovative approach and topical interest.
