The aim of Advanced Powder Technology is to meet the demandfor an international journal integrating all aspects of research onpowder engineering and technology. The journal fulfils this aimby publishing original research papers (including translations ofpapers originally published in Japanese), notes, review papers,letters to editor, book reviews, general articles and announcements.Although Advanced Powder Technology was founded as theInternational Journal of the Society of Powder Technology, Japan,researchers world-wide are invited to submit papers for publication inthis journal.

Advanced Powder Technology reports on research in various areas ofpowder technology such as particle characterization, mechanicalpowder properties, storage, conveying, comminution, classification,agglomeration, mixing and kneading, dispersion, reactor design, dust,separation, filtration.
